All packages will be aimed to be shipped within two business days of orders recieved. We ship all orders via AusPost who will provide you with tracking information once package has been shipped. Please note all orders placed will automatically shipped with Authority to Leave at delivery address. If you wish for this authorisation to be removed, please contact us at info@squareonecoffee.com.au

International
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this stage.

Refund Policy

We place a large emphasis on quality control by cupping and scoring our production roasts, which means only coffee that meets our strict quality standards will make it out the door. With this in mind, we cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases.
