At Square One Coffee Roasters, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee and products every time. Each order is carefully roasted, packed, and shipped to ensure you receive it in the best possible condition.
Because coffee is a perishable product, we only accept returns or issue refunds for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@squareonecoffee.com.au

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if possible.

We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever works best for you.
Non-Returnable Items

Coffee beans, ground coffee, or other perishable goods that are not faulty.

Change-of-mind purchases.

Items returned after the 7-day period.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
